Frankfurt am Main, 12th October 2022. The real estate investor and asset manager NAS Invest has secured two new long-term tenants in Frankfurt's Senckenbergturm. be.spoke GmbH will move into a 940 sq m office unit on the 24th floor in August 2023 and the law firm AGS Legal will open its new 932 sq m office premises on the 25th floor in the October of the same year. The nominal rent for both units is EUR 40.70/sq m p.m. With the latest letting deals, the Senckenbergturm is now 74% let. NAS Invest is in advanced lease negotiations for a further 14% of the space. The international consultancy firm JLL brokered the leases with be.spoke and AGS Legal.
Completed in 2022, the 106-metre-high Senckenbergturm on Robert- Meyer-Strasse offers 26,724 sq m of lettable space and meets the highest international office standards. Its fit-out features include flexible New Work optimised space concepts and a state-of-the-art digital infrastructure. The Senckenbergturm was awarded a BREEAM Excellent certificate for its high sustainability standards.
The property is close to the world-famous Senckenberg Museum and is a central component of the new Senckenberg-Quartier neighbourhood in Frankfurt’s Bockenheim district. In addition to the Senckenbergturm, a residential tower, another office building and Frankfurt's largest children’s nursery are located there. The project is centrally located in Frankfurt's city centre and is very well connected to public transport, the trade fair and congress centre and the motorway network.
For NAS Invest, the letting successes demonstrate the appeal of the office location. In addition to be.spoke and AGS, the Senckenbergturm has attracted other high-profile tenants including BNP Paribas and the auditing firm Warth & Klein Grant Thornton.
