NAS has successfully let space in the Senckenbergturm to SleevesUp! and BRP RENAUD, increasing the occupancy rate to over 80% – well advanced negotiations with further prospective tenants

Frankfurt am Main / 04.10.2023. The real estate investor and asset manager NAS Invest has successfully let space in Frankfurt’s Senckenbergturm to two new long-term tenants. The full-service corporate law firm BRP RENAUD will move into 940 sq m office space on the 17th floor in the autumn of 2024. In summer next year the co-working provider SleevesUp! will open a new unit on the 15th floor, also comprising 940 sq m.

BRP RENAUD is a law firm specialising in commercial law comprising lawyers, tax advisors and patent lawyers. Founded in 1977, the company now employs a staff of over 140 in its Frankfurt and Stuttgart offices, including almost 70 professionals. BRP RENAUD advises domestic and international commercial enterprises from a range of sectors. The growth of the Frankfurt office and the features offered by the Senckenbergturm prompted BRP RENAUD to relocate its headquarters from Beethovenstrasse to Robert-Meyer-Strasse.

The Frankfurt-based co-working provider SleevesUp! offers services and workspaces in its own centres via a partner network and units managed for third parties at around 30 locations across Baden-Württemberg, Bavaria, Hesse, Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania, Lower Saxony and North Rhein-Westphalia. The Senckenbergturm will be home to the company’s first ‘Prime Line’, its premium brand. In addition to the premises on the 15th floor, SleevesUp! is also considering setting up a fitness centre on the upper floors.

Completed in 2022, the 106 m high Senckenbergturm comprises a total lettable area of 26,724 sq m and conforms to the highest international office standards. Its fit-out features include flexible space optimised for New Work concepts and state-of-the-art digital infrastructure. The Senckenbergturm has been awarded a BREEAM Excellent certification for its high sustainability standards.

The latest lettings in the Senckenbergturm mean that the property is now over 80% let. NAS is also in advanced discussions with further prospective occupiers that have expressed great interest in leasing space in the Senckenbergturm.

The international consultancy JLL acted as letting agent for the new leases.
