Frankfurt's Senckenbergturm recorded the following successful lettings in the last quarter of 2023: Lease agreements with a volume of 3,400 m² were concluded, including with the internationally active software developer Wipro and Capco as well as with the global technology and management consultancy 4C Group. The Wipro Group has introduced a new design and work concept and is convinced that the Senckenberg Tower is the right choice. Almost 95 percent of the tower is now let. Demand for the remaining 1.5 floors remains high. All rental agreements are long-term. The letting agreements were professionally managed by the real estate agency JLL.
