Shortly before completion in the autumn of this year, NAS Invest can announce a further letting success in Frankfurt's Senckenbergturm: the audit firm Warth & Klein Grant Thornton has signed a long-term lease and is moving into around 2,000 sq m of office space. JLL advised the tenant on an exclusive mandate and brokered the lease.
NAS Invest is also currently in exclusive negotiations with two other interested parties to lease five more floors. The Frankfurt-based investor and asset manager NAS acquired the building under construction on Robert-Meyer-Strasse in 2019. It offers 25 floors and a total of 26,724 sq m of rental space.
The property is a central component of the new Senckenberg-Quartier neighbourhood in Bockenheim. The Senckenbergturm is being built there, alongside a residential tower, another office building and Frankfurt's largest children’s nursery. Demand for high-quality office space has remained strong throughout the pandemic, according to NAS Invest. In addition to its good location in a central city district, the Senckenbergturm has impressed prospective tenants above all with its sustainability concept, which has been awarded the BREEAM Excellent certificate. The flexible New Work optimised space concepts and the state-of-the-art digital infrastructure have also been praised.
With 1,500 employees at eleven locations, Warth & Klein Grant Thornton is one of the ten largest audit firms in Germany. Clients include both publicly-listed and medium-sized businesses. Its range of services includes Audit & Assurance, Tax, Advisory, Business Process Solutions, Legal, and Private Finance.
